About me
I support teens and adults through life’s complex emotional journeys.
My passion and focus is mainly on the experiences of those shaped by culture, migration and race. I work with clients navigating anxiety, isolation, loneliness or identity stressors.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a gentle, values-based approach that helps you honour who you are while moving toward a life that feels meaningful, even when things are hard.
I operate from a family-owned practice where we offer in-person and phone/video sessions.
